3.02HGserver drop bug

I edited helclaw's drops from sources , when i compile it says "0 Errors 7 Warnings"
But when i go play , it drops other items than I wanted.
I checked ItemIDs and they are correct.
So wheres the problem?

I dunno if Hypno and KLKS made the NPCItem.cfg works. But my best bet is the NPCItem.cfg
