Can someone helkp how i can know what cordinat is where monster spwan

like if:

spot-mob-generator = 9 1 221 181 229 190 24 2
spot-mob-generator = 10 1 196 48 204 58 24 2
spot-mob-generator = 11 1 166 226 174 234 24 2
spot-mob-generator = 12 1 196 312 204 322 24 2

i know what is 2 first units but then come 4units what i dont know and then 2 what i know.
the 4units is cordinats but how i can know whre spwan if map is aresden and thoose 4units are 255 255
255 255 ?? can someone explain what cordinat come when uses 4units and tell how it made that cordinats

sample:

1st unit is 10
2nd unit is 20
3rd unit is 40
4rd unit is 40

so server made that cordinat like this: 10x20= y-cordinat=200 || 40+40=x-cordinat=80
so spawn point is 200,80

or that wat what its maby is it made spwan square or spwan arena but if someone know how i exactly made that area , point or place or what its every made can him explan to me

or exactly tel what RECT mean in mob-generator

the 4 middle numbers they make a area where is spawns in 221-181 229-190

a square of 9 spaces by 9 spaces

hymm i know the 4units is like 10-10 and 20-20 they made monster to spwan x10y10 and made x20y20

or how? pls explan it again and this time explain it simply
