ok i just bought my video card a radeon x700 256mb. well it needs a pci express x16 slot but i only got a reg one. here whats i have on my comp

u need to replace your motherboard and becuase of that prolly your processor to.

there was an idiot somewhere he bought an 500$ videocard PCI-E, and also didnt have the correct slot on his motherboard and his friend told him to cut of the part that didnt fit.

and then he could trow away his 500$ video card gg.

nope the are no adaptors as the pci-e cards use quicker frequencys then the agp ones more power too, so all u can do is buy a new mobo
