setup says a strong SA password is requied for security reasons.pleace use SAPWD swithc to supply to same.refer to readme for moore details.setup will now exit. whatt i can do ?

SA stands for System Administrator.

So, this means that the password you are trying to use for your System Administrator account is too "weak". You should make a better password than 12345678.
