Wpe Sending Packets

okei picture this: i wanna send 1 packet
BUT not all the time.
is there a way how to do it with a keyboard button,
considering i use WPE, like i want to eat candies by some keyboard button.

hmm i cant do that

so is there mby any other packet editor...that can send packet with keyboard button ?
like packet send shortcut key or smthing
