yes i wanna do c++ codeing but i ddont kno wioch programs are needed and thats are. eather a link for the downloads or teh name can do

Wouldn't that be Visual C++? ;)

You probably need VC++ for HB coding, but there are many IDE's out there for general C++ coding.

Uhhh, you can CODE in notepad if you want.
If you want to COMPILE it however, that's a whole other story..
