step 1 delete nortons its not working so whys it there
step 2 dont rely on virus checkers that dont work
step 3 try to identify the virus with an online scan (search google for "online antivirus" take the trend link
step 4 if trend removes it your finished if not go to step 5
step 5 if trend identifys it then look on google for removeing it if not step 6 if norton cant kill it trend dont know what it is and you dont have a clue your screwed basicly so take your hd out buy a new one put it in wait 2 months then scan it again with new virus killers if that fails wait another 2 months untill you suceed

dude i have tried the trend micro online scan, but when i install the active x thingy, there is this pop up saying that the file i downloaded to install is infected and asks me to continue or not.. no matter wad i click, yes or no, the scan still does not work
e.g c:\documents and settings\***\local settings\temporary internet files\......\blahblah\ *.cab is still infected....
all the online anti-virus sites require to install a .cab file, which my com lists as an infected file..
p.s blahblah is a directory that does not exist in my com, and the directory name always changes for god noe wad reasons...
