omg help my server got hacked

can any 1 help? MY server got hacked.. This guy can create a GM himself and he summon TWs around, How can i ban his ip permanantely? i've got his ip 217.44.188.53.. OMG.. SOMEONE AROUND PLS HELP.. IM REALLY DESPERATE NOW..

if you have a router or firewall, set it to deny connections from 217.44.188.53.

what hgserver r u using? if u usin 2.21b hbx hgserver, u will find some cfgs, one of them called AdminList.cfg , inside u will see:
verified-admin = cocho[GM]
so put ur name there and ur the only allowed to use gm powa!
also, u can check ur AdminSettings.cfg and search for commands and see if they are 1+, if they are 0, everyone can use them.
the next hbx release will have BannedList.cfg wich will have something like:
//banned-ip = XXX.XXX.XX.XX , so its very useful for admins to ban people fuckin up the server, im waitin!!! B)

if ur not using hbx hgserver, maybe ur a victim of "extasis team"... lol

ok, heres something to think about. What if the person retarts his modem? different ip, so you guys need a fix

or block the ip 'block' (eg. 217.44.xxx.xxx)

i think i read in a post that u got banned for using more than 1 acc for spaming in the forum, all of them with the same IP Adress

1) I had one account on HBx forums
2) I don't spam forums, I spam emails.... and I don't even do that anymore
3) Hypnotoad doesn't check his emails very often <_< .
