Server problem!

I do all what is on that "how to host a server"
but i am connecting my server and it says "world server is not activate now try again few minutes later." So what is the problem i am noob

try hitting HOME in world server

there is some order you have to do stuff..... all i know is the first thing to open is gate server and last is hgserver

this is what i do:
1) gateserver
2) mainLserver
3) WorldLServer
4) Open HGserver
5) [Home] on mainL
6) [Home] on WorldL

hope it works...
