They DO work, but the HGserver is jacked up, someone has to fix it or find a better one, I tested 3 hgservers and some old 2.19 worked, but it had the black and white screen issue, no sprites, I KNOW that you will say that they are fakes but they are not, he made them.
I'm just advertising his files, he will fix them soon.
Check in the forums part, the Game Hacking section, there you will find them, you need to be registered and logged in though, just takes 2 minutes.
They just need a touch, I think it is worth to have them.
