Change Client Version

Is there anyway to change the version on the client.?

I've never had to change the version of a client, but I guess you'd open it up in ollydbg and search for a constant for the version. Unfortunately you're going to find a shitload of constants for versions.

BTW, when searching for the version, only search for the point after the . i.e. if you want to change 2.20 search for 20. But, like I said, that's going to return a lot of results and it's up to you to interpret what is the version and what isn't

I think u can change client version if u have a sources, but if u want change version in normal client its inpossible.

I have yet been able to change client version lol.. I've searched and changed every constant and either nothing changes or it fails to start period.

Presuming you could change the client -- like I said I never bothered -- I'm pretty sure it's only going to be one or two of the constants that need to be changed. No more, no less. That's just a guess, though.
