Can't unpack 2.191

Hi there,
I tried to unpack the v2.191 .exe of hb . But I can't ... i could do it with a version 2.20 ...
I only need a prog to unpack/strip the .exe file and YES i tried the AsprStripperXp
Someone can help plz?
