How do i make other connect?

I canplay on my own pvserver, but when others want to connect, they cant connect... How do i make other connect to my pvserver?

hey dude its ur firewall man, u have to uninstall it. But if you have stupid dial up connection it sux dick to host ur own server........(turn off your firewall)....well dats atleast what i did and it worked.... :)
