i dont think there is such a program. but i cud be wrong

yes there is.
its called mp3cook or something like that...
it fix fucked up mp3 but i dont think u can find it anymore...
i remember i use that program to fix my mp3s back in 1995

The ones that you get from kazaa are most likely not fucked up. There is a company that has been flooding kazaa with sample music that looks like the real thing for months now. You will hear a song for a few seconds, then it will just be a bunch of noise that is hard on the ears.
