www.hbunderground.net or HBCircle is a free server but they are just asking for $5 as donations if ud like to donate and help keep the server up and runnign for a long time...
right now they are fixing and upgrading and hope the serevr should be up on new years (Jan 1st, 2004)
so visit the site and check it oiut... its a real fun server
