NEUTRAL wont let u log in but aresden will...

i have both hg's for neutral and ares exactly the same and ares works fine and neutral gives waiting for responce and will not connect.... ive checked it all 10 times and port forwarding... any suggestions?

change the ports to the hg it has to be diff not the same
