Ok i was messing around .. I went on T-Search searched for my charecter lvl which was 221 like 49 came up with that same vaule therefore i just clicked the first one and changed it too valute 1 i went on the game i was playing at the time not in charecter select screen it says lvl 1 ... cant delete it have to be on charecter screen i log out look at my charecter still 221 =/ .. and if i got on the charecter screen and searched value of 221 like 300 come up and the first one doesnt work. Please help me out.

With hex editor, change 6bytes to 0x90 @ 0x43864 (0F8D 89FB FFFF -> 9090 9090 9090)
This eliminates the jump if level is equal or over 50.
