Hello i want to share with you this new NPC sprite i made call Izual i take it from Diablo II Lord of destruction. Heres how it looks its an Gif image but the sprite looks like that, even the movements:

Those sprites are incorrect, each monster pak file requires 40 frames, each containing several images which together form the movement in that frame.

Example: frame 0~7 are showing the monsters walking in all the 8 directories.

huh...

what an useless post !

How can you call this shit a monster's sprite ? That's outrageous to the peoples who really build 3D animations of monsters and convert it to bmp and then rip it in a sprite !!

Here is the start of a sprite i was building using Reiner's Ogre bitmaps... It took me half an hour to fix each frame (X and Y fixing). Only two frames, Goblin standing 0° and Goblin standing 45°. And i'll never say that i did a new monster sprite until it'll be finished !

Anyways i'm not working anymore on this one, but i can give all the bmps of the other 38 animations to anyone that want to convert it onto an sprite !

i have hundreds of possible new npcs, all are bmp files, you just have to create new paks with it, set animation rects and fix the animations. I think you'll need approx one week of work to create a real new npc, and i can teach you how to fix the animation...

Please €MANU€L, show us one more time all your noobishness, and make me laugh again and again...

Here are the 425 bmps straight from Reiner (8 dirs walking, attacking, been hit, dying, standing...). I removed the 150+ bmps not used, it would take you atleast 2 days to understand just that they're not used by the client... Not let's show me how many time it will take you to convert all the bmps into frames and then show us your new NPC sprite ! I think you'll be able to show us the first results in less than one week ;)
