Maybe a bug inside the source itself...
I know that there are problems with the mobs in town with 3.01 sources, maybe he used it. Try another HG and see if there is still the same problem

i downloaded from helbreathss.tk and i have 3.51 files

I have same files, not edited (only 2 items added) And my 1.2.1 HG and it works fine...
It just don't work if the new cfg files are not in GameConfigs Dir or if runned in another directory from the originale gameservers dirs (aresden, dungeons, elvine...)
