i looked at the change max stat tutorial but that didn't seem to be ok
i downloaded a 3.51 client from www.magsec4.net but there was no c8 00 00 00 and in Dr Midnight server resourses i found that there is some C3 d8 90 but i found it but after editing that one too it didn't work so my stat still stayed on 200... i really need to change it cose for lvl 600 server max stat 200 is pointless

my client what i used was edited so i tried one other client and there i found the c8 00 00 00 and i changed and all worked

Tafka, a server with level limit set to 600 can't be a good server... Helbreath is a boring game, even with a good staff witch make lot of events. It's always the same shit : Kill monsters to exp, then wait for an event and kill other city's players when you are strong enough.
If leveling to lvl 180 is boring, what about leveling to 600 ? Chars will all be likely unkillable and would hunt demons on other strong monsters alone. Like i said to Snoopy in another post, nothing can prevent anyone to make a noob server with high stats / level, but where is the interest?
Your server won't lasts for more than few weeks (maybe days)...
You should try to improve the game by adding some new features, there are already dozens of worthless servers on the web.

well my server making skills are in making cool cfg things but we r only testing things with my friends... i lower it yes to smth like 350 or 400 when i put it up for real...
but the biggest problem is that i dont know a crap about sources... i would do much edits if i'd know about sources
Learn C++ basics, it would take you like 2 or 3 weeks to undertand the most part of the sources. You won't be able to edit it or improve the game, but it will prevent you from asking for things that are really easy to do.

difiicult to learn in english if there is some words i dont know and i dont know any estonian language site for C++ tutorials..
and i cant even get that visual studio
that is 2GB in eMule and if i can download it with from 3 people at a speed of 4 kb/sec then it would take years..

I didn't play hb since 2.191 on HBint so i don't matter this kind of useless servers but it waste time of the players that are looking for good servers like Loco's or Snoopy's...

I know it doesn't download with high speed but you can download with lot of programs (Bittorrent, mIRC, eMule...)
