Npc Drops

hello, when killing npcs i realize that the drops aren't like they should be. Therefore i use NPCItem.cfg. But still the drops suck. Anyone know how to fix it?

whats you mena by this whats kinda drops are they to high or to low try changeing drop rate in setting.cfg
