In a nutshell one idiot repetetively states his jealousy of private servers getting players, they should shut down, blah blah. I just wanna poon the noob (Heat) :S. Too bad I dont have his ip >.>
Word of Ewan. Obviously he's queer. Anyways the point of this post is to bring awareness of how gay the hbusa community has truly become and that I recommend that all HBUSA players should be shot.We always try to contact the server operator to request them to cease and desist. Usually, by the time we get to the person they are ready for an excuse to close it down as dealing with running a server has lost its charm.
Siementech has withdrawn permission to use any software, art or game design to run an unlicensed server at any time. A person can use the product developed by Siementech to play Helbreath on a licensed server run by Siementech or iENT. This withdrawal of permission removes the permission to run servers; players can use the product to play the game only on licensed servers permitted.
Note that no illegal server has ever developed their own art, game design or programming. It has all been based on the fine work done by Siementech. Even if the company is annoying now it created a great game. Also, any alterations done by persons to Siementech programming, game design or art are the property of Siementech. The use of art for avatars, helbreath fansites, banners advertising helbreath etc are permitted.
The restriction was only meant to stop illegal servers by removing the most common excuse offered for why it was 'legal' to run a server, the whole misreading of the 'private use' phrase. 'Private use' is playing the game on a licensed server, not running an unlicensed server.
