This action, as Charlie said, it's called "spliting". It's used to keep important topics clean of crap like the one you posted on the old topic.

As you can supose, keeping a forum clean is not that lame no even sad, and this is not a fake post, is the real one, moved.

Like the topic says, you should learn how forums work before posting mate.
