abt exp 20 weapon

well does the exp 20 work if(if a mage) use normal ms20 kill the mobs
then equip the exp 20 weapon and when the exp rise iszit already +20%?
cuz for mp shield it look like it work even u only wear awhile and wait the mp to rec

through about 5 minutes of trial and error you could probably figure this out...

lol do the math in ur mind and mp items work dont u see that u regen mana more then ur mag sometimes
