How to edit the dmg of weapons..

Hi, How do i edit the dmg of a weapon.. Lets say barbarian hammmer..

BarbarianHammer 1 9 1 3 9 2 3 10 2 4500 0 15 10 15000 20000 32 15 110 0 0 0 14 1 0

So if i wanna edit the weapon to more powerful dmg which number should i edit thks

its like 3D9+2 , 3D10+2, i thinks its like that, have a long time dont work with server files, if it isnt, please anyone him that its wrong :unsure:
