crack a installer

i have the patch of a game in a installer but i cant install it cuz the game is warez and dont have the right registry on the system and he says it is not installed and cant patch.

any 1 can tell me how can i take the files out?? maybe forcing the installer to do it with a command or a program to open it and extract it??

i want to install a patch to a game and u cant cuz the installer.exe detect ur game is cracked and it dont install itself, i wan to get the files out, any1 knows how?
