Don't be mean jmh. I need them to. If anyone wants to contribute to the outpost source project I need the proper new items for 2.95+, npc values, and spell values. I'm working on items for myself right now with help from lite

It's slow progress though. So if anyone wants to give a helping hand feel free to. It'll benefit you all in the end
