IP address..

Hey. I'm going to set up my server soon [hopefully tomorrow], but the only problem is, my IP address is defined at start up, so I don't get the same address each time. How can I get around this problem?

you have dynamic ip, probly cuz you have dial up, dial up = gay

i have dial up

ask your ISP if they will give you a static IP but you usualy have to pay a bit more

try downloading to hackman to change the ip maybe it will work <a href='http://www.downloads.com.com' target='_blank'>here</a> and search for hackman and download it.

You can also check ur ip address in whatismyip.com

U internet provider is sux if u a not using dual up. I think u will pay for static IP address something 5-10 euroz in mouth. Ask ur Internet provider.

umm... he doesn't have to have dial-up to have a rotating ip.. if i were you i would stick with it because its great because you can't be banned permanently ..
