Bullshit. Siementech never "resled" anything. The 2.03 sources were on a FTPserver and someone found that out. Besides, a HBserver is not "personal use", unless you and family are the only ones playing.

Avour knows hbusa is dieing, most private servers have more people than hbusa now adays.... so shes trying to take private servers down with her.

HBUSA is too poor to even buy the damn source code from IENT to edit their server, how do they suppose they are going to file lawsuits against top-server owners and file destributors? They cant... the most they can do is threaten website hosters claiming that their client is doing something illegal when, who the fuck knows if its even legal or not anymore? Its just a load of shit, jewan tried this before... she's just throwing around her weight(which is funny... i probobly should have said overweight) to try and scare people from hosting. The truth is.. HBUSA is way too poor and its dieing. Unless they hate private servers that bad to spend their last money sueing one to make a point... nothing is going to happen besides them threatening your hosting provider to try to get them to shut you down.

Agreed. In all my time of being in this community I have not once heard of stech taking any further action then an E-Mail.

Keep hosting your jacked up spic servers and make these corporate fuckers keep watching the HB exodus!

100% the src code any of it is not pubic release it is illegal to use it for any private server. think about what your saying before you say it if it was public why the hell is not all the src code released please use your head. not your dick

umm i think you need to look into what your saying first ok.
#1 The source has no copywrites inside of it
#2 Only the current Version is copywrited wich makes the Private server versions Free to own
#3 The server files we use are 100% Modded Wich means they dont belong to STek or IENT anymore, plus theres not shit they can do anyways because They dont even have the money to buy the source code, let alone start a lawsuite.

Obviously you know nothing about tamara. Actually she's really nice, and she's not fat. I saw her on webcam, because two of my friends are HBUSA gms. What would you do in her place? The same, indeed. How would you feel if you bought serverfiles for a game trying to make profit and other people would just make free servers with free files?

have you seen all the un edited src code i dont think so so please before you post and try to make it look like i dont know what i am saying i do have all the src code un edited.

i never said your src code is not legal i said siemen is illegal to use. i think we all know change the src code by xx% and you clam it as your work and yes this would mean siemen could not put a clam on your server.

and as i said siemen only thinks of money so why would they payout for a lawer to close them.
HBUSA has to go thought siemen to put a clam in. as HBUSA does not own the rights only siemen does they only hold a lic to use the files which they cannot edit in any which way of form.

She didnt buy anything lmao, she was appointed GM1 of hbusa, that means she is incharge of customer service and in-game environment. All she does is manage THE GAME. Everyone is wrong jajaja.
