Hex the HG Server. Press ctrl+f, look for penalty-block-date (the one on its own, not the one with the = %d) once you found it, replace it with "00" in hex.
can some one plz tell how to do this right i don't understand it do i replace >penalty-block-date with all 00???? plz tell and do i do it in all hg servers?

what are you needing help with like the hex editing part? or the part where you dont have a hex editor? or how you search in a hex editor?
