Magic.cfg prob

hi all
i've encountered a prob regardin the castin of poison-cloud and cloud kill these 2 skills.......
there is no effect on anything except decreasin my mp

this is the settings i've for both of mi skills

Cloud-Kill 14 0 30 130 1 1 0 40 0 0 0 0 10 2 2 120 21000 1 1

Poison-Cloud 14 0 30 48 1 1 0 15 0 0 0 0 10 2 1 49 1800 1 1

i'm currently using server 3.51

make sure u have this 2 lines in ur magic.cfg file

magic = 46 Poison-Cloud 14 0 30 48 1 1 0 15 0 0 0 0 10 2 1 49 1800 1 1

magic = 73 Cloud-Kill 14 0 30 130 1 1 0 40 0 0 0 0 10 2 2 120 20000 1 1

and u just can do them outsite city (eg, ml)

exactly cant do it in the citys B) make sure on the contents u have this on magicc.txt

magic = 46 Poison-Cloud 48 49 1800 4 5 6 1

magic = 73 Cloud-Kill 130 120 20000 4 5 6 1
