how come when i change my admin lvl and i log out and back in it moves it back to 0?

my friend made an account and trys to log in and it loses conn auto.. anyone help me out?

i can log into my server and everything but when i try to go to aresden it says conn lost.. its stuck there.. does anyone know what my problem is?
