what are you going to do with GIF files?

I want to play animated gif files in hb.

If you're trying to replace all paks with gifs it would be difficult since every draw function and the entire sprite class is based on raw bitmaps. If you're just trying to add a gif displayer, just go grab some code somewhere that works with dx7.

Seriously, it's so difficult to put a simple GIF player in a hb c++ client? I only need the Gif player, not the replacement of pak sprites ...

Someone knows how to play an animated GIF in snoopy client. If it is posible it may have: transparent compability, pause/resume/stop commands, select frames to play, change width & height, play speed.
I have tried lots of scripts for GIF playing, but I can't make them to work.
