mmm, still can't beat Japan... Their DSL is at 32 or 48 mbit or something right now... and their Cable internet is at 100 mbit *drools*

Canada also has better broadband than the usa ;) 1 mbit upload up here. ;) Your guys isps down there are too paranoid about filesharing and uploading, most of ya'll are limited to a max of 512 kbit... typically 256 kbit. :lol: :lol: By the way, its still 100% legal to share mp3s up here at the mome...
